As a member of the Elevar VIP Rewards Program, you will receive points based on your purchases. To accumulate points for purchase, you must create an Elevar account and purchase our products. The points will be posted to your account after order completion. The points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
The points are calculated as below:
- You will receive 200 EL Points upon registration.
- You will receive 20 EL Points for each product review.
- For completed orders:
- €1 of order amount (excl. shipping costs) = 5 EL Points
- 100 EL Points = €1 discount for future orders
The Elevar VIP Rewards Program is subject to modification, cancellation and limitation at the discretion of Spectrumleaf Cannadips Sp. z o.o (Spectrumleaf Limited in the UK) and/or one of its Affiliates (“Elevar Hemp”), with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased or decreased, any reward may be withdrawn and restrictions on any award or reward redemption may be imposed at any time.
Once you redeem your points for a qualifying product and the product has been shipped, the points will not be reinstated. Should there be a refunded order, the points accrued from that order will be forfeited. If the forfeited points have been used, they will be deducted from the account points. If the balance is below zero, then the user will need to return the equivalent cash value to Elevar Hemp, otherwise Elevar Hemp reserves the right to classify this as abuse of the program.
Points expire 120 days after posting. It is the sole responsibility of the Program member to check the accuracy of their points.
In the case of fraud or abuse involving the Rewards Program, point credit or reward issuance, Elevar Hemp has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to revocation/cancellation of any reward and/or termination of your Rewards Program eligibility, and all points earned through the Program may be forfeited and your account closed.
In situations involving errors or misuse of the Program, we reserve the right to freeze an account or stop future redemption of reward points issued.
